We develop metal-packes for various industries according to the demand of the market and the customers in this field.
Here you will find our innovations overview of recent years:
2015: Lithography prototyping – real color lamination of packagings and first-proof for customer presentation and lithography-release, as well as for market testing of new artworks.
2014: Development of a 2 liter can for beer with an innovative smooth flow screwcap (patented).
2014: Development and certification of BPA-free coating systems for use in food cans in cooperation with our suppliers.
2013: Development of a party keg (Top-Keg) for use with a CO² dispensing system which provides an internal pressure via integrated CO2 cartridge – durability of tapped beer in this system up to 4 weeks (patended).
2012: Development of pressure-resistant lids and bottoms to increase the maximal internal pressure stability from 4 to 5 bar at 5 liter party kegs – to be used for export orders and beers with a higher CO² content (e.g. wheat beers).
2012: Development of a plastic lid with inlay Molding and integrated tap fixation for Bag-in-Box-keg for use with 3 liter container.
2011: Development of a Bag-in-Box-keg in wine barrel geometry, volume 3 liter, with integrated plastic cap in the lid for fixing of the tapping device (patented).
2010: Development of a BAM approved packaging for hazardous goods, bottom-necked, stackable / cylindrical for 2 – 4 liters.
2008: Development of a Bag-in-Box-keg in wine barrel geometry, volume 5 liter, with integrated plastic cap in the lid for fixing of the tapping device (patented).
2007: Developing an optimized bead geometry for 4.250 ml tins using the finite element method (FEM computer simulation), to maximize the axial and Implosion stability.
2005: Developing a maximum expanded special packaging for sausage-filling, sales-name “Party bomb” (Application in television and print media).
2004: Development of a BAM approved packaging for hazardous goods 5 to 12 liter; conical pail in vacuum / overpressure stable design for hot filling or gassing contents.
2004: Development and implementation of a stackable, bottom-necked, sanitary can – diameter 230 mm – 4.750 ml volume up to 12.250 ml.
2001: Development of a BAM approved packagings for hazardous goods with a volume 5 up to 12 liters as a stackable, conical pail.
2001: Development and implementation of an integrated dispensing system and ventable closing plugs for 5 liter party kegs (patented).
2000: Development of a vacuum stable conical pail for hot filling, such as jams and baking mixtures.
